Made from 100 percent Saemidori, a cultivar developed from the Yabukita and Asatsuyu cross. Grown in Kagoshima, where warm climate and volcanic soil create naturally sweet and mellow tea. Shaded before harvest and stone ground to preserve its character.

The result is a clean, sweet cup with almost no bitterness and a satisfyingly smooth finish.
